Framed World Map

Every framed map we create is made to order in our Somerset studio. We avoid using glass, allowing the stunning quality of the print and its metallic details to shine through. Light plays beautifully off the seas, while gloss-varnished landmasses enhance the surface finish of the map. Covering the maps with glass would introduce glare and reflection, so we treat them like you would an oil painting.

Each world map artwork framed is finished with a sealer to protect the inks, making it easy to maintain by gently wiping with a damp cloth. Our world map framed prints are dry-mounted onto a backing board for support and framed using a clean aluminium profile.

For a versatile option, our world wall maps framed with a magnetic finish are perfect for use as a noticeboard. They make excellent additions to kitchens, studies, or offices, and come with stainless steel ball-bearing magnets to mark places of interest. Larger cylinder magnets can be used to pin postcards and photos.
